About the Project
Our role was to carry out the ‘As Designed’ Stage SAP Assessments and Predicted Energy Assessments for 48 units, comprising of a mixture of houses and flats, within this proposed new development.
Working closely alongside the Architects and Builder we were able to produce the most cost effective SAP rating for the buildings that also ensure a high level of sustainability.
Once the project is completed we will be producing the ‘As Built Stage SAP Assessments and lodging the Energy Performance Certificates for each of the properties onto the national register.
