About the Project
Our role was to define the CO2 footprint of the proposed new Office Block called Aster House at Lanswoodpark Business Centre located in Elmstead Market, Colchester, in order to demonstrate compliance with Part L2A and produce an EPC for each of the 8 separate office suites.
A dynamic simulation model was produced using EDSL TAS software using the architectural and services information provided. From this one model we was able to calculate the energy consumption and carbon emissions.
