About the Project
We were appointed to undertake a Daylight, Sunlight, and Overshadowing Assessment for the surrounding properties close to Richmond Street, Manchester to determine if the proposed development would have an adverse affect on their levels of natural daylight or sunlight.
By using Dynamic Simulation Building Modelling software to produce computer models of both the existing and proposed schemes were quickly able to run a number of daylight and sunlight calculations such as Vertical Sky Component, Annual Probable Sunlight Hours, and External Amenity Space Overshadowing.
