It seems like its been a long time coming now, but finally this is the week that the new Part L, Part F, and Part O Building Regulations will be released.
Here we wanted to highlight some key differences and similarities between the current 2013 Part F Approved Documents and the new 2021 Part F Approved Documents.
Taking effect from 15th June 2022 there will be 5 new Building Regulation Approved Documents that new and existing Dwellings and Non-Domestic Buildings may be required to follow in their design.
