About the Project
For this project we acted as the planning agents, submitting the proposal to the Local Authority to extend the Hosplant industrial / workshop unit located in Peldon, Colchester.
We produced the planning permission drawings consisting of existing and proposed floor plans, elevations, and site plans. We also liased directly with the Planning Officer when required in order to aid the planning process.
We are very happy to report that the Hosplant project received full planning permission recently and we now look forward to working with Hosplant again to project manage the build, produce building control drawings, and carry out the Part L2 Assessment.
