The Elmstead Energy Assessments & Building Services Office will be closing on Wednesday 21st December and we will reopen again on Tuesday 3rd January.

It seems like its been a long time coming now, but finally this is the week that the new Part L, Part F, and Part O Building Regulations will be released.

Throughout the lockdown period we have been working at full capacity away from the office, managing to meet our client’s deadlines and expectations on a number of key projects.
